Monday Motivation – Planning My Comeback

Due to my recent back surgery,  I have not been able to workout.  It has been challenging.  I am listening to my doctor and walking as tolerated and I am up to 2 miles without pain. Go me!!

Without consistently working out, I have been focusing on my eating. I have been using the 80/20 rule. Sometimes 70/30 or 60/40 on bad days.

It has not been easy to relax so I can properly heal and come back stronger than ever.  I have put a comeback plan in place and as soon as the doctor gives me the ok, I am implementing it.

After 8 weeks of little to no activity, I am happy with the way my body is looking. I have no doubt in my mind that I will get back to and beyond where I was. Lifting, running and eating clean consistently.  I am determined to get there.
